Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be submitted within 48hrs upon receiving the order. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email us at smithyslittlewholesalers@gmail.com to start your return process. Once you have received a reply, place the item securely in its original packaging, then mail your return to the following address given over your email conversation. Postage at buyers cost.

LOST/MISSING ITEMS

To submit a complaint in regards to lost or missing items, you must send us an email at smithyslittlewholesalers@gmail.com including your name, date of purchase, photos of your order, packaging and package upon arrival. In these photos, your invoice must be visible. If your package looks as if it’s been tampered with, you must report to the police and receive a CAD number to give to us so we can open up an investigation. A refund/store credit will not be given unless all this information has been provided. You have 48hrs upon receiving your order to open up a claim.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 working days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. 

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged items, please contact us at smithyslittlewholesalers@gmail.com to arrange a return, store credit or replacement (at buyers cost).
